What to expect

The strategy call is not a sales pitch. It is a diagnosis. Here is exactly what happens in those 45 minutes.

I ask the questions most marketing people skip

Who is your ideal client. Where they currently come from. What you have tried before and why it did or did not work. What your best existing client looks like and why you want more like them. I need to understand your business before I can tell you anything useful.

You get an honest assessment

At the end of the call I will tell you clearly what I think the gap is, what a system to fix it would look like, and whether I believe we are the right fit to build it together. If I do not think I can help you, I will tell you that too. No wasted time on either side.

No pressure. No pitch.

If the call goes well and we both want to move forward, I will send a proposal within 48 hours. There is no closing attempt on the call itself. You have time to think. The right decision made slowly is better than the wrong decision made quickly.
